Griffin AirClick iPod Remote 2005-04-04 09:54:25 Griffin Technology has announced that they are currently shipping the new AirClick remote control for the iPod and iPod mini (any iPod with dock connector). Unlike other wireless remotes, the AirClick uses RF tehcnology, allowing users to control and iPod from up to 60 feet away—even around corners and through walls as line of sight to the target iPod is not required. The remote control has five buttons: play/pause, next, prev, vol. up, and vol. down and not only controls song playback but also photo slideshows when attached to an iPod photo. Several AirClick/iPod pairs can be used in close proximity as the RF frequency can be changed to avoid control overlap.
